Creativity flows through our bones

Hens with Pens - Cultured, Chic and a just a little bit Cheeky!

Hens with Pens knows that creativity flows through our bones from the day we are born to the day we move on to the bigger and beyond. We believe in the power of creativity in groups, an experience that can heighten ones experience and creative output.

Collaborative creativity is a phrase often used in all areas of the arts world. It defines bringing people together to explore emotions, themes, characters, both positively and negatively. Taking initial thoughts on an entire journey; diving deep and beyond into concepts and running with ideas until a natural stopping point is found.

Creative collaboration is all about bringing people together, viewing a challenge from different perspectives and then combining that knowledge and insight to, together, create a solution.

Art is often an equally communal effort as an individual undertaking. Whilst most works of art are, inevitably, the manifestation of one person, the inspiration and ideas and revisions that go into the work are often the result of a community of artists. Like everyone else, artists must have teachers, mentors, muses. ‘They must have others to bounce ideas off of. They must have a community of people around them to give them confidence, offer just the right amount of pointed criticism, inspire them, and generate the excitement necessary to create. In short, artists need other artists.’*

Using this knowledge we work on providing the best environment to let group creativity flow smoothly amongst your party. Using our trained tutors to mentor you to artistic prowess as best as they can and our practiced models as your muses inspiring you to create wonderful perspective art whilst having a cluckingly fun time!
